  • How to measure the quality of the main loop?

    •  Measured with a digital meter with a diode, negative pen point inverter "+" pole, positive pen point inverter input terminals R, S, T and output terminals U, V, W;

    •  The measured voltage drop of R, S, and T terminal rectifier bridge tubes is between 0.26-0.38, and the measured voltage drop of U, V, and W modules is between 0.3-0.38, and all three phases are balanced.

    • Conversely, the positive pen point AC drive "-" pole, the measured result is the same, indicating that the main loop pipe pressure is normal


  • How to deal with AC drive overheating?

    When this situation is encountered, first check by hand whether the cooling fan is operating normally, and when the fan is operating normally, determine whether the ambient temperature is too high, whether the AC drive is poorly ventilated, or whether the temperature detection circuit is malfunctioning.

    1. Find the password, enter it and press "ENTER" to confirm, you can debug the parameters;

    3. After entering the password, you can clear the password FP-00=00000.


  • What is the difference between AC drive command source and frequency source?

    Frequency source selection: Select the input channel of the given frequency of AC drive, in general, there are the following choices:

  • How does the inverter monitor the input and output status?

  • What is the relationship and difference between the upper limit frequency and the maximum frequency of AC drive?

     The upper limit frequency is the maximum operating frequency set according to the production needs, which does not correspond to a certain definite given signal. When the upper limit frequency is less than the maximum frequency, the maximum frequency that the inverter can output is determined by the upper limit frequency.


  • Peripheral equipment by the AC drive interference affects the work is not normal how to solve?

    1. In the alignment, the power output line of the AC drive should be as far away as possible from the control signal lines, especially the sensitive signal lines, such as analog signals and communication signals;

    2. When the alignment can not be separated, you can add a magnetic ring on the output UVW of the AC drive;

    3. The control circuit enclosure or shielding wire must be connected to a clean PE, such as the enclosure of a punch press, and it is prohibited to connect to the same grounding row as the AC drive's power PE;

    4. In the PE or reference level clean premise, you can add a signal line to the reference level decoupling capacitor to filter out noise;

    5. Ensure that the 485 communication ground must be connected between.




  • How come none of the AC drive's A1-A6 group parameters are displayed?

    F8-54=1 to display the A1-A6 group of parameters


  • AC drive report Err01 fault? (Inverter module protection)

    1. Check whether the insulation of the motor is good and whether it is short-circuited to ground

    2. Check whether the braking resistor is short-circuited to ground
