  • AC drive reported Err08 fault? (Acceleration overpressure)

    1. Whether the acceleration time is too short, the process allows the extension of the acceleration time

    2. Check whether the input voltage is high, adjust the voltage to normal Fan (380V ± 15%), so that the DC bus voltage is not higher than 800V.

    3. Determine whether the AC drive has an external force dragging the motor during the acceleration process, if there is an external force driving, you can cancel this force or add a braking device.

    3. Whether the load inertia is too large, whether there is an external force dragging the motor during deceleration, if so, cancel the external force or set up free stopping

    4. Increase the energy consumption braking device

  • AC drive report Err10 fault? (constant speed overvoltage)

    1. Check whether the input voltage is high, adjust the voltage to the normal range (380V±15%), so that the DC bus voltage is not higher than 800V.
